When you need help with one thing.
Sometimes all it takes is a consultation, a contract or help solving one specific problem.
Tell me about your matterPractical legal advice for business owners
I help business owners solve legal problems, get their company's house in order and make decisions with their eyes open. Straight talk, practical answers and a firm belief that business should be done responsibly.
Legal Resilience
Running a company means making decisions every day. Some call for a knowledge of the law. Others call for a wider view: of people, of relationships and of the risks that could shape the future of your business.
How I can helpWhat I do
You don't need to know which area of law your problem falls under. Just pick the situation that sounds most like yours.
No one can foresee every problem. What matters is that your business can handle one when it comes.

Responsible business
Running a company responsibly goes further than staying on the right side of the law. It shows in how you treat your people, how you deal with your business partners, how fair your terms are and how consciously you manage risk.
Even if your company has no ESG obligations of its own, your clients and partners may still expect a great deal of you. More and more often, it is your counterparties who ask you to meet certain standards, sign up to a supplier code of conduct or explain how you manage risk.
Not every business needs a thick binder of policies and procedures. What matters is that the rules fit the way your company really works, while still meeting the reasonable expectations of your partners.
At Legal Resilience, I help turn these requirements into everyday practice: from reviewing what you have committed to with your counterparties to drafting and rolling out codes of ethics, standards of cooperation and compliance procedures.
Good rules should make people's work easier, not simply tick a box.
Legal Resilience Check
What happens if a major client stops paying, a key person walks out or the shareholders fall out?
Not every problem can be prevented. But you can spot the warning signs early and be better prepared when things get difficult.
The Legal Resilience Check is a practical review of selected legal and organisational risks that could affect the security and continuity of your business.
Through a conversation, a short questionnaire and a look at selected documents, I help you pinpoint the areas that need your attention.
What you get
A clear map of the key risks we find, with recommended steps to help your business prepare for difficult moments, limit the damage and keep running.
No lengthy reports, no unnecessary paperwork. Just a clear answer to what needs your attention first.
Working together
Not every business needs a lawyer on retainer. Sometimes a single consultation, one contract or help with one specific problem is enough. At other times, you need someone by your side as you make business decisions.
We can work together on a one-off matter, on a defined project or on an ongoing basis.

Legal Resilience is my own independent practice, built on many years of experience and on professional relationships formed along the way.
When a matter calls for additional expertise, I work alongside experienced lawyers and specialists in other fields. If something falls outside my practice, I will help you find the right person to handle it.
Nice to meet you!
Lawyer | Attorney-at-law (radca prawny) | Founder of Legal Resilience
For more than 17 years, I have advised Polish and international businesses, from small firms to multinational groups.
I help clients make business decisions, negotiate contracts, resolve disputes and turn legal requirements into the way their company works day to day. Over the years I have worked closely with management boards and in-house teams, led legal projects and managed teams of lawyers, including as a partner at RK Legal.
I know that business owners rarely want a lecture on the law. They want to know their options, what each one involves and what to do next.
Over time I came to see that good legal advice also means understanding how an organisation works, how it handles risk and how its decisions affect people. That interest led me to complete postgraduate studies in ESG and responsible management at Kozminski University in Warsaw.
That is how Legal Resilience was born: from a wish to bring legal experience and a responsible way of doing business together.
I believe the law can be explained simply, without keeping people at arm's length. I want to help business owners deal with today's problems, reduce their risks and prepare their companies for whatever tomorrow brings.
I advise in English and Polish, including international companies doing business in Poland. As a radca prawny, I am a fully qualified Polish lawyer, entitled to represent clients before Polish courts and authorities.

Away from the law, I love travelling, the mountains, cycling and staying active. That is how CZEŚĆ. ODETCHNIJ (Polish for “Hi. Breathe.”) began: my project about movement, healthy habits and making time for life, not just for work.
